Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be:

Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items
Due to hygiene and special pricing considerations, the following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

Cloth menstrual pads

“Seconds” products (items marked as imperfect or discounted due to minor cosmetic flaws)

Return Shipping

The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

For exchanges, the buyer is responsible for return shipping and shipping costs for the replacement item.
I recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and I will resolve the issue promptly.
