How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Once shipped, orders are delivered via USPS Ground Advantage. Delivery times vary by location.
What’s the difference between processing time and shipping time?
Processing time (2–3 business days) is the time needed to prepare and package your handmade item. Shipping time begins once your order has been handed to USPS and is in transit.
Do you accept custom orders?
Custom orders are available exclusively through our Facebook VIP group and are not offered through the website at this time. To request a custom item, please join my VIP Facebook group for availability and updates.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery for eligible items. Items must be unused and in original condition.
Please note: Earrings and cloth menstrual pads are final sale due to hygiene reasons. And clearance and seconds items are final sale due to their low price.
Are your items really handmade?
Yes! All items are personally sewn and created in small batches with care and attention to detail by me! Slight variations may occur, making each piece unique.
Are your products made in a pet-friendly home?
Yes. Items are created in a cat-friendly home. While products are stored carefully and handled with cleanliness in mind, customers with severe allergies should consider this before purchasing.
Do you offer local pickup?
Local pickup may be available in Las Vegas and Henderson, Nevada. Please contact me prior to ordering to arrange pickup details.
How should I care for my handmade items?
Most fabric items should be spot cleaned or washed gently in cold water and laid flat to dry. Care instructions may vary by product, so please refer to the individual product listing if applicable.
Will sold out items be restocked?
Some items may be restocked depending on fabric availability. Many designs are limited edition due to small batch production, so once they’re gone, they may not return.
